In the meantime I suggest you write to the practice administrator pointing out that you have a confirmed diagnosis of PA via the schilling test when you were 19, that IFAB is not a very sensitive test and should not be used to rule out PA - particularly as you already have a confirmed diagnosis and it is a life long condition (auto-immune), and ask that the injections that have been withdrawn (erroneously) are reinstated
