90's Suede Lace Up Bebe Dress (S) Tanks 25-26" waist w/ elastic waistband90's Bebe. Made in USA. Lace up, bell sleeve suede mini dress. Fits XS S. Tag says size XS but fits like a small. Model is 58 with a 25" waist and 37" hips for reference. Sometimes, I have to wear a medium in dresses because of my hips but this dress fit me like a glove. Will also be really flattering on a size XS or Small with a looser fit. Has a few small stains on the inside of one sleeve (last pic) may come out and aren't very noticeable but must
