1940s Silk and Gold Thread Brocade 2-Piece Set M Monogrammed on the backA lovely 1940s 2 piece set comprised of a long, almost dress length top with a peplum skirt and asymmetrical hem (longer in the back), paired with a calf length skirt. Fabric is a thick brocade with gold thread, peplum skirt portion of top is lined with a lovely printed silk fabric. Side metal zipper. Condition: Very good. Top has been interior patched on a 1 inch area at left armpit due to unraveling of fabric. Mend is not too noticeable when worn
