Pressed to clay amphora, old French oak casks and stainless steel, the juice is fermented naturally, matured for 6 months on lees and blended to bottle with a small amount of residual sugar. The amphora contains a small amount of whole clusters for texture. Bottled without fining. 12. 5% Alc.
