The tradeoff is lower max ISO than the MKIII or MKIV (6400 vs 25600 32000), a slightly lower frame rate (5 vs 6 7), and less emphasis on video functionality, lacking a headphone jack and clean HDMI output for external recorder use. Otherwise, though, if you're into high res stills, this is one heck of a camera. In near new condition, with under 500
