The Ca'n Xicatla is made from the rare Blanc de Mantonegro, a coppery light skinned mutation of the also rare regular Mantonegro. Elegant, full bodied but spicy with herbs and etched with acidity, this is a brilliant taste of an age old wine from the heart of the Mediterranean.
