Encephalartos concinnus maranta As with all HeliconiaA very attractive Cycad from southern Africa with mid green, slightly 'woollen' looking foliage thats very uniform and symmetrical. Well suited to sub tropical environments it is relatively easy to grow. Encephalartos concinnus is a medium sized Cycad that gets to a maximum size of about 3m. It is moderately fast growing, prefers full sun but arguably looks better if in part shade and dislikes frosts. A striking feature plant for the garden.
